FC2 Insurance Coverage Help

FC2 should be covered by your insurance with no copay or deductible, thanks to provisions within the Affordable Care Act. Some insurers only follow the ACA mandate once their members contact them directly. Zeal has tried to process your claim, and now we need your help.

Following these steps can get your claim approved and improve access for other patients too:

1. Call the Member Services phone number on the back of your insurance card.
2. Ask to speak with a representative about a prescription for the FC2 Female Condom that was recently denied at Zeal Specialty Pharmacy.
3. Ask how this prescription can be approved, since it is eligible under the Affordable Care Act’s Contraceptive Coverage Requirement.

Once you have done that, Zeal is happy to reprocess the claim or transfer the prescription if needed.
